Best Western Hotels & Resorts opens three hotels in Kenya

Company expands its locally based team with addition of a Sales Manager.

 

PHOENIX, ARIZONA – Best Western Hotels & Resorts introduced three new properties in Kenya, adding 210 additional rooms to its portfolio in Africa. To support the growing number of hotels, Best Western Hotels & Resorts has expanded its locally based team with the addition of Sales Manager, Aayesha Jada. Aayesha brings 20 years of travel trade experience from both travel agent roles to international hotel sales.

The first of these hotels is the Best Western Plus Westlands which opened its doors to guests mid-December of last year. This property is located in the heart of Nairobi’s upmarket entertainment and vibrant Westlands district, directly behind the Sarit Centre shopping mall and Expo Centre. This hotel sits close to the Central Business District and the Kenyatta International Convention Centre.

Whether traveling for business or leisure, Best Western Plus Westlands provides thoughtful touches to enhance every stay, including freshly brewed coffee at Craft, an all-day-dining restaurant, lobby bar, and coffee shop. Other features include a dedicated meetings floor, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped gym, 24-hour room service, bathrobes and slippers in all 101 air-conditioned rooms. The hotel’s conference center is sought after for its spacious and flexible layout. Later in the month of December, Best Western Kisumu was welcomed. This contemporary hotel is located in the heart of Kisumu City. Best Western Kisumu offers contemporary interiors and premium amenities making it a pleasurable experience for both leisure and corporate visits. The property contains 44 comfortable bedrooms, each offering free wireless high-speed internet access. Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast buffet each morning before heading out for business or leisure. The third hotel that will open in Kenya later this month is Best Western Azure Airport.
