The Hotel RFP Exchange Forum provides an opportunity for travel buyers, hotel suppliers and key RFP solutions providers to connect, network and do business within one event.
The Business Travel Club, an initiative by the Business Travel Show, and HSMAI Europe announced a joint event, The Hotel RFP Exchange Forum. The event, which takes place in London on 8 October, provides a forum for all players involved in the annual hotel RFP sector to keep up to date with the latest issues, initiatives and developments.

The Hotel RFP Exchange Forum provides an opportunity for travel buyers, hotel suppliers and key RFP solutions providers to connect, network and do business within one event and takes place in London at the Bloomsbury Hotel on 8 October 2013. Travel buyers are invited to attend for free.
The event will feature educational sessions addressing the challenges in corporate travel management, and a panel of technology solutions providers offering their take on the future of the RFP process and the role that technology will provide. The event also provides an opportunity for hoteliers to meet with buyers in a structured networking format.
