Central London Apartments unveil frash rebrand with website relaunch

After 12 years, the company that specialises in booking quality serviced apartments in London, called for a rebrand as part of an ongoing strategy to develop a stronger brand presence online.

London serviced apartment providers Central London Apartments have this week unveiled their new brand identity with the launch of a fully redesigned website which is already seeing encouraging results.

After 12 years, the company that specialises in booking quality serviced apartments in London, called for a rebrand as part of an ongoing strategy to develop a stronger brand presence online. The project aims to reposition Central London Apartments as the authority travel website for London, offering detailed descriptions of individual areas of London, and regular updates and guides for finding hidden gems in the capital.

The new branding and consequent website redesign were produced in house, by a new marketing team, with help from external agencies to establish the core identity.

Davor Parker, Managing Director of Central London Apartments, explain more “We fully appreciated the need to regenerate our brand image. With so many emerging brands, the travel industry is a highly competitive market, and we need something that will push through the fog and speak directly to our customers. We’re confident that the new branding is fresh, modern and yet very simple and straightforward, and this is the way that we want to communicate with our customers.”

The logo was chosen for its simplicity and its navigational imagery.

“We felt that the logo summed up exactly what Central London Apartments is here to do” says Mr Parker, “We have all bases covered with over 300 properties across London; we aim to arm customers with the information they need to navigate their way around the city, with our in depth knowledge of the local area; and we aim to make choosing accommodation as simple and straightforward as possible.”

“From a practical point of view we believe that the branding is highly flexible, and will be able to easily adapt as new digital channels evolve.”

The new website offers clear navigation with new features including a ‘browse by area’ inspirational section which highlights 42 distinct areas of London.

Within just days of the site re-launch the company are seeing encouraging results. Phase 2 developments are already in the pipeline for the Central London Apartments website, with focus leaning towards to launch of a new engaging blog and the creation of a new dedicated mobile site.
