Fortune House Hotel in Miami chooses Mews to power its all-suites hotel

The US luxury condominium-style hotel takes advantage of Mews’ unrivalled connectivity to build the ideal tech stack for its operations.

NEW YORK – Mews, a leading hospitality cloud and property management system (PMS), has been selected by Fortune House Hotel to manage its complex operations and provide seamless experiences for guests.

Their condominium-style hotel features 145 stylishly appointed suites, all of which are suited to both short and long-term stays. Madisons, an onsite restaurant, and Level 6 Pool Bar offer guests sophisticated onsite drinks and dining.

“Moving to a cloud-native PMS was vital to streamlining processes and maximizing efficiency,” said the General Manager at Fortune House Hotel. “With Mews, we can easily connect to the best hotel software and build a tech stack that will help our business thrive.”

One such integration is the Omniboost Owner Portal, which gives the hotel the ability to simply handle monthly owner statement generation. The direct connection with Mews has zero connection fees.

The deployment continues Mews’ ongoing success in North America, following its acquisition of Canadian PMS Hotello and completion of its SOC 2® Type 2 examination.

“I’m really excited that more and more hoteliers are recognizing the power of moving to a smart, cloud-native solution like Mews,” said Matt Welle, Mews CEO. “Fortune House Hotel already has a great guest proposition and it’s going to get even stronger once they’re up and running.”

Another key integration in the Fortune House Hotel tech stack is Toast POS. This point-of-sale integration connects directly with Mews and includes a ‘revenue sync’ option that streamlines accounting operations by automatically syncing financial data from F&B outlets to Mews, allowing the team to balance all daily revenue in the same location.
