A 13 bedroom Georgian mansion set in 85 acres of parkland equipped with not just the ‘usual toys’ – heated swimming pool and tennis court – but its own private night club; making it an ideal venue for a wedding, special celebration, corporate retreat or just for a glamorous getaway.

This is the ultimate Cotswold holiday house, if house is the right word. Set in 85 acres of parkland it features a very large drawing room, a separate sitting room and further television room / study, a large dining room and a breakfast room that can comfortably seat up to 20 and a stunning fully equipped kitchen with full size AGA.

Langton Park comfortably sleeps up to 22 in 13 bedrooms and has nine bathrooms. In addition, the house has not only separate Table Tennis and full size Billiard Rooms but boasts it own cellar Night Club; with Bar, DJ Station, Dance Floor and two Club Rooms. The Night Club can be accessed by the back staircase or from the gardens making it a great feature for wedding receptions and other celebrations; with DJs and staff available for any occasion.

The house has beautiful, mature landscaped gardens and is furnished for al fresco dining or morning coffee and croissants. The heated swimming pool has a self-contained Pool House containing his and hers changing rooms and Summer Kitchen. The Tennis Court is all weather and the extensive grounds also features ponds, a small lake, a football pitch, grasslands and meadows.
