John Glen DiGuiseppe, President/CEO of Investors Hospitality Management, was advised by Expedia Partner Group on April 11 that IHM’s newly-repositioned Sanctuary Resort & Spa, Desert Hot Springs, CA, had attained status in Expedia and Hotels.com’s Top Ten Palm Springs area Room Producers last week.
DiGuiseppe states: “IHM has repositioned the former Hotel Shilla within the past 30-days, and it is very gratifying to see such a positive response from our travel partners and clients.” Sean Kane, Vice President of Operations and Marketing for IHM, credits the ranking to IHM’s proprietary revenue management system as well as 24/7 relationship building and monitoring with travel partners. Kane comments: “We currently operate 17 hotel properties for whom we are performing similar services right now, and IHM’s expertise is successful in every market despite the difficult national economy. IHM’s protocol is especially pertinent to distressed and underperforming properties, and there’s no substitute for continuous communication, frequent daily monitoring and constant contact with our partners.”
IHM specializes in representation of receivership and underperforming hotels in both the limited and full service segments, continuing to cultivate its standing as the world’s first sustainable third-party hotel management company. DiGuiseppe will share IHM’s expertise at The Distressed Hotel Symposium, April 30-May in Hollywood, Florida presented by Information Management Network.
