Nalley comes to Best Western International from G.S.I. Consulting where he was a customer service consultant. Prior to that, Nalley was employed by the Scottsdale Princess Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz. as director of guest services.
He has a master`s degree in organizational management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor`s degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida.

I hope to obtain my CHA certification and assist in further development of the education and training department so that it leads the industry in the quality of instruction and training, Nalley said.
