New hospitality management and development company announced

Robinson is the COO of Aparium Hotel Group, bringing nearly two decades of hospitality experience including opening and repositioning seven hotels worldwide for Westin and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts.

A partnership with experience in hotel ownership, development, operations and marketing has formed to create Aparium Hotel Group, LLC and Aparium Development Company, LLC. Chicago-based Kevin Robinson and Mario Tricoci have partnered with Milwaukee developer Tim Dixon and Brigette Breitenbach. The company is currently managing The Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee, a 100-room award-winning hotel and extensive food & beverage operation.

Robinson is the COO of Aparium Hotel Group, bringing nearly two decades of hospitality experience including opening and repositioning seven hotels worldwide for Westin and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. He is the former COO of the Elysian Hotel Company. Rated #1 in the U.S. by Conde Nast Traveler magazine, the Elysian Hotel, now operating as a Waldorf Astoria, sold for a record price of $95 million.

Tricoci was previously the managing partner in the development and ownership of the Elysian Hotel Chicago and president of Elysian Hotel Company. He serves as CEO of Aparium Hotel Group. Owner and developer of The Iron Horse Hotel and principal of Dixon Development, Tim Dixon joins as a managing partner of Aparium Hotel Group and as CEO of Aparium Development Company, leading the firm’s hospitality developments. Brigette Breitenbach, principal of Company B Brand Marketing, joins the partnership to spearhead marketing for both companies, its developments and managed properties. The firm will maintain offices in Milwaukee and Chicago.
