Palladium Rewards announces new benefits for its users

Palladium Rewards presents a new private area with a renewed user experience, which simplifies and improves the experience of its loyal customers.

MADRID – In 2020 Palladium Hotel Group, presented its loyalty program Palladium Rewards, just in time for their 50th anniversary. The hotel group now announces new advantages and benefits for its members, among which are a significant extension in deadlines of expiration of the points, new options to accumulate them, as well as the possibility of transferring them to other users.

The Palladium Rewards program is an important lever for generating value and a key tool in customer relations for Palladium Hotel Group, which, in line with its mission as a company: “turn customers into fans”, seeks to reward trust and increase satisfaction of its clients and applying the mentality of continuous improvement also to its loyalty program.

Among the new advantages, Palladium Rewards customers will enjoy a better digital experience in a renovated private area, which is accessed through the palladiumhotelgroup.com website and, from which they can view their points and benefits by category, make reservations at special rates, find out about new promotions, prizes and direct discounts, as well as exclusive reservation conditions.

In the same way, the main new features include the possibility of exchanging points for hotel nights or using the points + money payment formula, for any date and applicable from only 2,500 points (10€/$); the extension of the period of availability of the points, which will be 18 months, extendable if continuous activity is maintained in the account; or the possibility of transferring points from one user to another, in order to enjoy prizes more quickly; as well as a series of point multiplier promotions, point gifts, discount coupons or private sales, which will add a plus to the customer experience.

Palladium Rewards already offered a wide range of benefits to its affiliates, which it maintains and among which stand out: special discounts applicable to both housed guests and clients of its restaurants and Wellness & Spa services, as well as improvements in the customer experience, such as room upgrades, late check-out or the possibility of enjoying Day Passes at the hotels operated by the group, among other privileges.
