Geoffrey Bley will be the new Chief Development Officer and Brian Long the new Corporate Director of Operations for Presidian Hotels & Resorts.
SAN ANTONIO – Presidian Hotels & Resorts, a premier hotel development, management and consulting firm announced the official appointment of Geoffrey Bley as Chief Development Officer and Brian Long as its new Corporate Director of Operations.
Mr. Geoffrey Bley has 20 years' experience in real estate development, financing and construction management for hotel, commercial and mixed-use projects. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio's Leadership Development Program and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Independent School Foundation.
Mr. Brian Long is an accomplished and proven hospitality operator, with over 20 years of executive management experience with some of the industry's leading management companies, including Bristol Hotels and White Lodging.

New leadership also includes Steve Kirkland, a 14-year veteran in hospitality accounting with White Lodging and Remington Hotels, who will now serve as the company's Controller.
These new appointments will compliment the leadership team already in place at the corporate office, including Jeanette Mosley (CFO), Chip Young (COO) and Sergio M Cardenas (Corporate Director of Sales).
