Residence Inn hotel to open in Ankeny, Iowa

ANKENY, IA – The 90-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Ankeny, Iowa is scheduled to open this Tuesday, October 1, 2019 with its upscale, stylish decor that offers flexibility, while creating a unique environment. Located at 1515 SW Main Street, the all-suite Residence Inn Des Moines Ankeny will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Prairie Trail Hotel Associates, LLC and managed by Kinseth Hospitality of North Liberty, Iowa.

Located in the District of Prairie Trail, a planned community in the center of Ankeny that offers numerous shopping, dining and entertainment venues, as well as tree-lined streets with offices, homes and schools. The anchor-hotel of the development, the Residence Inn Des Moines Ankeny is 15 miles from the Des Moines International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Des Moines, and offers its guests convenient access to the Wells Fargo Arena and Iowa State University.
