ReviewPro provides hotels free access to their Global Review Index Score

Available for tens of thousands of hotels worldwide, Reputation Scorecards provide hotel professionals not only their online guest satisfaction scores but also those of their competitors.

ReviewPro, the leading provider of online reputation and social media analytics for the hospitality industry, announces the launch of Reputation Scorecards, a new service for hoteliers available at reviewpro.com. These scorecards let selected hotels worldwide have a glimpse at their online guest satisfaction performance based on the Global Review Index (GRI). The GRI is ReviewPro’s industry-standard online reputation benchmark, based on reviews in 45+ languages from more than 100 online travel agencies and review sites from around the world.

The Reputation Scorecards, now available for tens of thousands of hotels in nearly 300 cities and destinations worldwide, let hoteliers search by location or specific property name. Each hotel that is included has a scorecard that reveals its GRI score for the previous month, a benchmark of the average performance of hotels in the same city and within the same star category and the top-rated department and concept according to ReviewPro’s award-winning sentiment analysis. Besides the specific analysis for a given property, hoteliers can also discover the Top 10 rated hotels for each city and destination. ReviewPro will be adding more locations to the service in the coming months.

According to RJ Friedlander, CEO of ReviewPro, “Our Reputation Scorecards give hotel professionals across the world a free taste of ReviewPro’s unparalleled guest satisfaction intelligence. The scorecards offer a teaser of the high-level analysis that thousands of leading hotels leverage enjoy in our subscription service, which offers additional analytics and insight for them to improve guest satisfaction and revenue.”
