SALT LAKE CITY – Marriott International announced that the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in the Sugar House area of Salt Lake City, Utah opened on October 24. The 125-suite hotel, located at 2206 South 1300 East, will operate as a Marriott franchise owned by Wilmington Hotel, LLC, whose managing partners are the principals of Woodbury Corporation, Colmena Group, and Dees, Inc. The hotel will be managed by Woodbury Corporation of Salt Lake City, Utah.
