Sunset Resorts announces the appointment of Natasha Lee Soy as Northeast U.S. Sales Manager. Based in New York, Ms. Lee Soy will be responsible for the resorts’ sales growth within the northeast territory including Connecticut, New York, Northern New Jersey, Northern Pennsylvania and New England. She will also assist in developing innovative promotions, sales strategies and training new travel agents for the company’s three Jamaican properties, Sunset Beach Resort & Spa, Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa and Sunset at the Palms.
"With a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, Ms. Lee Soy is the perfect complement to the Sunset Resorts team," said Michele Olivier, the resorts’ senior vice president of sales, marketing and distribution. "Ms. Lee Soy’s comprehensive knowledge of sales in the travel and hospitality industries will benchmark the resorts’ growth in the Northeast."
Prior to this position, Ms. Lee Soy served as a sales manager promoting several Caribbean resort brands under International Lifestyles. During her tenure, she forged strong relationships with travel agents, participated in trade shows and travel agent familiarization trips and trained new agents. Ms. Lee Soy also served as a sales manager at Unique Vacations where she increased travel agent bookings, managed cooperative advertisements, produced consumer trade shows, actively promoted various Caribbean resorts and developed travel agent educational programs.
