InnoVision Marketing Group CEO, Ric Militi honored as a Prestigious Leader of Influence

Recognized for his industry expertise and leadership, Ric Militi’s contributions have garnered prestigious awards, including CEO of the Year and a Top Business Leader in the SD 500 by the SDBJ and a Sandie Award for Huey Magoo’s creative campaign.

SAN DIEGO – In the world of advertising, innovation reigns supreme and creativity knows no bounds. Emerging as a true trailblazer in the industry, InnoVision Marketing Group, CEO and Executive Creative Director, Ric Militi, was recognized as a distinguished Leader of Influence in Advertising, PR & Marketing by the San Diego Business Journal. This esteemed accolade is a testament to Militi’s extraordinary contributions and profound impact on the advertising and marketing landscape.

With over 30 years of experience in marketing, Militi’s journey began in his early twenties when he conceptualized, developed and launched Galpin Studio Rentals, which is now one of the largest transportation companies in the entertainment industry. His groundbreaking achievements continued as he established himself as a prominent figure in the advertising world. When his agency was acquired in 1994 by national advertising agency Eisaman, Johns & Laws, Adweek aptly dubbed him “the ad agency’s show biz expert,” because of the high value entertainment client base he brought over to work with iconic brands such as Pennzoil, Corona Beer, Domino’s Pizza, Neutrogena and Kahlúa.

In 2012, Militi launched InnoVision, with a goal of making it different than other agencies. Known as the “Anti-Agency,” InnoVision Marketing Group redefines traditional marketing by challenging norms and fostering disruptive creativity with a passion for company brand and team culture. Under Militi’s visionary leadership, InnoVision has thrived, continually setting new standards for innovation and success. His commitment to growth and expansion has led to groundbreaking partnerships, including a recent collaboration with Madrid-based organization, GNF Worldwide. InnoVision’s diverse portfolio of services, offered in-house, has positioned the agency as a global force in marketing and, specifically, franchising.

Militi’s strategic prowess has yielded remarkable client growth, evident through the agency’s expansion and the acquisition of multiple high-profile clients. In the past two years alone, InnoVision has welcomed 35 new clients, solidifying its position as a powerhouse in the marketing industry. The agency offers everything under the marketing umbrella in-house, with no outsourcing whatsoever. This includes brand strategy development, creative design, media buying, video production, website development, social media management and digital marketing through its five divisions: film production, digital media, traditional media, public relations and Español. A talent agency that will serve the entire industry is scheduled to launch in Q4 of 2023.

Recognized for his industry expertise and leadership, Militi’s contributions have garnered prestigious awards, including CEO of the Year and a Top Business Leader in the SD 500 by the SDBJ and a Sandie Award for Huey Magoo’s creative campaign. His ability to develop and execute highly successful marketing campaigns is evident through exceptional results achieved for clients like Palomar Health, which experienced a remarkable 17.7% annual revenue increase within 18 months, and Huey Magoo’s, which has achieved impressive growth, rapidly expanding from three stores to 50 since naming InnoVision Agency of Record in 2017.

Militi’s adaptability and resilience in the ever-evolving advertising landscape have been pivotal in guiding InnoVision Marketing Group through industry shifts and emerging trends. His leadership has not only ensured his clients’ continued success but has also led to the expansion of InnoVision’s divisions and a commitment to fostering a positive and creative workplace culture.

InnoVision’s steadfast commitment to the community is exemplified by their years of dedicated pro bono support for nonprofits, creating positive change through strategic marketing initiatives. As a Presidents’ Council Member at Palomar Health and an advocate for organizations like Fresh Start Surgical Gifts, Solutions for Change, the Fentanyl United Crisis Coalition and NNAHRA (National Native American Human Resources Association), Militi’s influence extends beyond the boardroom, making a profound impact on the community.
