The event will begin on Wednesday 7th June with three conference sessions between 09:00 and 12:30.

Registration is now open for this year’s ASUTIL Conference, with delegates encouraged to book their place now in order to benefit from early bird rates, available from now until Thursday 6th April. Managed by TFWA, the event will take place on Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th June at the Hilton Hotel in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The event will begin on Wednesday 7th June with three conference sessions between 09:00 and 12:30. A lunch and networking session will follow from 12:30 to 19:00. The first day will close with a cocktail night at the Hilton sponsored by Colonia Express.

On Thursday 8th June, the day will start with a networking session in the morning, followed by lunch and the afternoon will see a range of expert speakers giving their insights in four conference sessions between 14:30 and 18:30. The conference will close with a Gala Dinner and party sponsored by Interbaires.

On Friday 9th June, attendees will be able to take part in a full day of social activities and excursions sponsored by Colonia Express. “I am thrilled that ASUTIL is bringing our industry together in South America once again, for what promises to be some great and worthwhile days in Buenos Aires. The event will provide an opportunity for all attendees to gain an understanding of the current forces within the market in the region and how they will shape our industry’s future. Alongside the compelling conference content, buyers and brands will have ample networking time together, as always at ASUTIL events. The ASUTIL Board and I are very excited that the Conference is back and we look forward very much to seeing our friends and colleagues reunited in Buenos Aires.” said Gustavo Fagundes, ASUTIL President & CEO Dufry Brazil.

“The ASUTIL Conference is returning to South America and at TFWA we are proud to be lending our support and to be a part of the growth of the industry in this vibrant region. Many people always looked forward to this event and I am delighted it is restored to the industry calendar, and in one of the great cities of the world. We look forward to welcoming ASUTIL and TFWA members and their business partners to Buenos Aires” says Erik Juul-Mortensen, TFWA President.
