Of course travel is off the cards at the moment, but some new research may reveal some of the top destinations travellers will be heading to when they can.
New research from Cruise Croatia has revealed the most popular UNESCO World Heritage Sites according to Google, by analysing the search volume for every one of the sites.
Coming out in the top spot is a UNESCO site close to home, the city of Liverpool, which may well see an influx in staycationers later this year when UK travel is able to resume.
Also ranking as some of the most popular world heritage sites are:
1) Liverpool, UK
2) Statue of Liberty, USA
3) Yellowstone National Park, USA
4) Machu Picchu, Peru
5) Bali, Indonesia
