airBaltic appoints new Vice President of Human Resources

Alina is an experienced professional with over 9 years of experience in human resources management.

 

RIGA – The Latvian airline airBaltic on December 18, 2017 appointed Alina Roscina as the Vice President of Human Resources. Alina is now part of airBaltic management team and responsible for airBaltic human resources management.

Alina is an experienced professional with over 9 years of experience in human resources management. Alina holds a bachelor degree in law from the University of Latvia and at the moment is studying MBA in Riga Business School. Alina has been working at airBaltic since 2011 and over the years has taken different human resources related positions within the company. Over the last year and a half, she was Deputy Vice President for Human Resources, managing the personnel administration and analysis team. In addition, Alina is an airBaltic representative in the Latvian Association for People Management and Employers’ Confederation of Latvia.
