Adria Airways have expanded their fleet from nine to ten aircraft when a seventh new 48-seat Canadair Regional Jet aircraft joining their fleet of thee Airbus and six Canadair aircraft. This makes it possible for Adria to further increase the number of flights on existing routes and introduce new destinations.

Summer timetable

Like other airlines, on 27 March Adria switched over to its summer timetable, which will be in effect until 29 October. We are continually improving the timetable for our scheduled routes, adding new routes and increasing the frequency of flights on already existing routes an Adria`s spokesman commented. In September Adria`s network will introduce flights from Ljubljana to Warsaw. Four connections a week will be offered on this route in a code share agreement with the Polish airline LOT.

The airline has added flights to Amsterdam, Zurich, Copenhagen and Istanbul routes in this summer`s timetable. Adria thus offers 180 flights a week from Ljubljana to 18 primarily European destinations: four flights a day to Frankfurt, three flights a day to Munich and Vienna, 13 flights a week to Paris, 11 to Brussels and Zurich, nine to Istanbul and Pristina, eight to Skopje, seven to London, Moscow and Sarajevo, five to Amsterdam, four to Copenhagen, three to Podgorica and Ohrid, and two seasonal weekly flights to Manchester and Dublin.

Adria flies three times a day on the route between Vienna and Frankfurt, which was its first scheduled route on the EU`s internal market. In cooperation with its partner airlines, especially members of the Star Alliance network, of which Adria is a regional member, offers attractive and affordable connections throughout the world.

In cooperation with tour operators, Adria is offering charter flights during its summer 2005 season connecting Ljubljana with many holiday destinations, especially in the Mediterranean. Specifically, offer weekly flights from Ljubljana to the Greek destinations of Irakleion, Rhodes, Thira, Samos, Mikonos, Karpatos, Corfu, Kos, Zakynthos, Preveza, Cephalonia and Thessaloniki; Antalya and Dalaman in Turkey; Girona, Spain; Tunis and Jerba, Tunisia; Catania, Sicily; Dubrovnik and Split, Croatia; Constan?a, Romania; Larnaca, Cyprus; and Tel Aviv, Israel.
