A new subsidiary was recently formed to act as a general sales agent for shipping companies. The firm, known as Attica Premium AE, was established by the Attica Enterprises Group and will represent
Attica Premium is set to open with an initial three offices in Athens, one in Piraeus and another in Thessaloniki, serving the sales network of Attica, central and northern Greece. Additionally, it will also open offices in fellow EU countries.
Attica Premium, based in Voula, southern Athens, was created with start-up capital of 200,000,000 drachmas and is 100-percent owned by Attica Enterprises. The new firm aims to facilitate and promote sales, which will be fully controlled and at a lower cost, considering that any profit earned from commission on ticket purchases will be added to the group`s turnover.
