NEW YORK, NY – KNOWCROSS, a global leader in technology intelligence for the hospitality operations industry, is announcing the appointment of Manpreet Singh as Chief Technology Officer. Singh will oversee the company’s global Quality Assurance and Systems Administration departments while ensuring KNOWCROSS always remains a technical leader in its domain.

Singh comes to KNOWCROSS with close to two decades of experience in the IT industry, most recently serving as Senior Director, Software Engineering for Monster.com. In 2011, he received the “Relentless Innovator” Award for launching the Monster India mobile platform and a new vertical, “Monster College.”

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales.
She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
