New app for frequent trade fair visitors

Users can record the fairs they visit, the companies they find interesting and the memorable products they do not want to forget, including: contact details, notes and photos of business cards and products.

Fair organizer is a new app that makes each trade fair visit more efficient. Professional trade fair visitors can use the app to quickly look up the products and companies they have seen at trade fairs.

The frequent trade fair visitor will recognize the following scenarios: collected business cards which are nowhere to be found, USB sticks with product information which are now being used for some other purpose and brochures which have been thrown out.

The Fair organizer app puts an end to this problem. This app allows professional trade fair visitors to systematically organize and store the information they collect on products and companies for effortless retrieval later.

Users can record the fairs they visit, the companies they find interesting and the memorable products they do not want to forget, including: contact details, notes and photos of business cards and products.

Back in the office, the collected products are easy to locate through a list with photos or names. Click on a product to display information on it and the supplier. Products can be assigned to categories or marked as favourites. Using this convenient classification, products will remain easy to retrieve for many years and many trade fairs to come.

With this app, someone can also send their clients and colleagues product information and photos, with or without the supplier’s details, direct from the trade fair floor.
