In their 23rd year, the UK Broker Awards recognise excellence on a national level within the insurance broker market.
Leading UK travel insurer Staysure has been announced as the winner of the Personal Lines Broker of the Year award at the 2016 UK Broker Awards – one of the market's most prestigious awards.
The win follows a change in Staysure’s approach to customer service – with impressive improvements in Trustpilot TrustScores over the past 12 months and other customer-focused initiatives such as the roll-out of our new 5 star Defaqto rated Comprehensive Travel Insurance product and an auto-renewal service.
In their 23rd year, the UK Broker Awards recognise excellence on a national level within the insurance broker market. Every award is judged by a panel of judges, which includes a diverse group of highly accomplished individuals from across the broking community.
The judges were looking for a broker in the personal lines arena that has managed to excel despite the on-going tough economic environment. In particular, they were looking for outstanding levels of customer service, high staff engagement and evidence of responding to the demands of consumers with an offering tailored to their needs.
