The International Centre, Telford, announces the appointment of Mark Hover to the role of Sales Manager. One of Mark’s primary objectives in his new role is to ensure The International Centre, Telford is a clear UK venue of choice, with his focus placed on maintaining existing clients and attracting new ones. Mark will focus on promoting the unrivalled location of the venue; from its convenient Midlands position to its inspirational setting and his other main responsibilities will include sales research, event industry networking, site tour management and delivering Telford hospitality.
Mark joins the venue having previously spent seventeen years at Credit Suisse AG where he headed up the Multimedia and Event Productions services team in Switzerland. There he was responsible for managing the production of all quarterly reporting, AGMs and global senior/VIP conferences.
Commenting on his appointment, Mark says: “I am thrilled to be part of the team at The International Centre, Telford. The opportunity to work in a fabulous, purpose-built venue, located in stunning Shropshire, within a privately owned company was a huge draw. I am looking forward to bringing my skills to raise the profile and increase sales at The International Centre, Telford.”
