The purchase price represents a 12.0 to 12.5 multiple on the company's projected 2015 Hotel earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation

Norwegian launched Bangkok and New York in November 2012; in addition the company flies to Dubai during the winter season. 

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is Norwegian's first long-haul route from Copenhagen and the third from Stockholm.
