Vacation.com, North America’s leading travel services marketing organization, announces three member agencies – CruCon Cruise Outlet Plus of Center Harbor, N.H., Online Vacation Center of Plantation, Fla., and Cruises International Inc., Schaumburg, Ill. – have recently been named top agencies by two major cruise lines.
recognized CruCon aAzamara Cruises named Online Vacation Center its 2008 Overall Account of the Year; while Celebrity Cruisess its Overall Account of the Year and Cruises International as its Central Regional Account of the Year.
This recognition follows other recent awards by Vacation.com member agencies, noticeably CruCon and Cruise.com of Port Everglades, Fla., for being named 2008 Travel Partners of the Year by Royal Caribbean International. “We are proud to have such successful agencies within our membership,” said Steve Tracas, Vacation.com’s president and CEO. “They deserve to be recognized not only for their sales figures alone, but also for the dedication of their staffs and the associated marketing efforts necessary to achieve such results in today’s competitive environment.”
