Four Points opens second hotel in Metro Vancouver

Four Points Surrey features 77 spacious guest rooms, full-service dining at Citrus Restaurant, an executive boardroom and a 24-hour fitness center.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. announced that its Four Points brand continues to accelerate growth in Canada with the debut of Four Points Surrey – the brand’s second hotel in the Metro Vancouver area. Located at the crossroads of the Pacific Rim, Greater Vancouver and 15 minutes from the U.S. border, Four Points Surrey offers approachable design and stylish comfort for the smart, independent traveler.

Four Points Surrey features 77 spacious guest rooms, full-service dining at Citrus Restaurant, an executive boardroom and a 24-hour fitness center. Guests will enjoy all the popular Four Points amenities including fast and free WiFi, complimentary bottled water, and a wide selection of local craft and imported beer as part of the signature Best Brews program.

“We’re proud to add Four Points Surrey to our rapidly expanding list of dynamic destinations across North America,” said Brian McGuinness, Global Brand Leader, Specialty Select Brands for Starwood. “On track to open its 30th hotel in Canada this summer, Four Points continues to win over travelers with its emphasis on stylish comfort and genuine service at an honest value.”

“We’re excited to be joining Starwood and bringing the Four Points brand to one of the fastest growing cities in Canada,” said principle owner Bob Mandair, Fortis Hotels. “The Four Points brand is a perfect match for Surrey, and travelers will embrace the brand’s excellent service, approachable design and honest value.”

Four Points is experiencing incredible growth momentum. With 50 new hotel deals signed in 2014, the most in Starwood’s company history, the brand will surpass 200 hotels in 2015, with more than 25 planned hotel openings this year. The Four Points brand boasts Starwood’s largest and fastest growing development pipeline, fueled by its widespread, global appeal to guests and flexible development options.
