Alongside its famous museums, Bilbao now offers its visitors another haven for the senses. Just a few steps from the Guggenheim and Museum of Fine Arts, Miro Hotel celebrates its official opening on 25th October 2002.

Each floor of Miro Hotel has been utilized as an exhibition space for photography from up-and-coming local and international artists, including Bilbao-born Ana Laura Alaez, Paul Thorell and Alberto Peral. The bright guestrooms are a theatrical experience. Velvet curtains are draped in unexpected places, and sunlight flows through the living quarters and bathroom.
