Reinvigorated meeting spaces at Courtyard Mt. Laurel spur productivity, inspire professionals

Hotel in Mount Laurel has renovated event rooms with new carpet, paint, air wall and audiovisual technology.

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. – Mixing business and pleasure right outside of Philadelphia just got more exciting thanks to some major renovations at Courtyard Mt. Laurel. The township hotel near Cherry Hill has completely remodeled its 1,200-square-foot event space with a fresh jewel-tone color palette, new carpet, the addition of an air wall for increased flexibility, and upgraded audiovisual equipment with plug-and-play technology. Whether two breakout rooms or one large area, the space can now accommodate up to 80 attendees in a theater, reception or banquet configuration for a corporate retreat, product launch, interview, business luncheon or any kind of professional or social gathering. Projectors, LCD TVs and a portable PA system complement the complimentary high-speed internet access now available in the meeting facilities.

The reimagined space at the Mount Laurel hotel offers plenty of natural light so meeting attendees can stay engaged and inspired while looking out onto a well-manicured courtyard. The outdoor area features comfortable seating as well as a fire pit so guests can take in fresh air during breaks or gather after an event to sip on wine, craft beers and custom cocktails from The Bistro – Eat. Drink. Connect.

"Whether you're organizing a business meeting or planning a social soiree, we are excited to have the opportunity to be a part of your special day," said Taylor Marsh, area sales leader for the hotel. "We hope our re-energized event spaces will be the perfect home for families and businesses – paying homage to the motto of our township."

Creative catering will keep an event memorable and mouthwatering with a host of options for breakfast, breaks, lunch and dinner. The hotel's team of professional organizers can work alongside corporate meeting planners to ensure expectations are exceeded from start to finish.

Visitors requiring copy, fax and print services will appreciate the hotel's well-appointed business center with comfortable seating and modern computers – an additional space where travelers can be productive when not in a meeting room.

After a busy day of strategic planning or training sessions, guests of the Mount Laurel hotel can retire to spacious guest rooms and suites with modern amenities and signature Marriott beds boasting cotton-rich lines and plenty of fluffy pillows. Large desks on wheels, ergonomic chairs, complimentary Wi-Fi and phones with data ports and voicemail will keep business travelers on task no matter what time of day.
