Announcing the launch of Just Opened London

New lifestyle brand Just Opened London has launched as the most up to date place find brand new venues and events in town.

Based on a simple premise, Just Opened London has been set up to showcase the best of London’s newly opened offerings across the lifestyle spectrum. Ranging from bars, restaurants and hotels to fashion launches, cultural events and new properties, Just Opened London provides the social currency of ‘what’s new’ that so many people crave.

The site features listings and detailed information of the latest openings as chosen by an editorial team led by ex Vogue, GQ, Company and Beach Tomato writer, Kirsty Hathaway. Alongside these features will sit editorial round ups of best openings, pop-ups, launches as well as interviews with tastemakers on their favourite openings and more.

A key feature of the site is its ‘coming soon’ calendar. Showcasing upcoming openings, visitors can simply click on a date to learn more about the opening, submit their email and be sent an automatic reminder 24 hours before the opening happens; ensuring to never miss out on being one of the first to try a new opening out. Additionally, those signing up to the site’s newsletter will receive a range of benefits that include exclusive offerings at featured venues.

The idea for Just Opened London came from a collective of individuals (including Hathaway and Lauren Scott) working within the lifestyle and digital industries who recognised that whilst there are many city guides, they try to cover too much and the fast paced nature of these cities proves them to be outdated in a matter of weeks. Just Opened London is all about what is opening now. This doesn’t profess to be a city guide – simply a go to ‘guide’ driven by celebrating where is new, hot and interesting; qualities that drive so much of what is great about cities and London in particular. London is the first city by the Just Opened Network and launches in New York and other cities later in the year.
