Starting 5th June 2012, airberlin will become the first German airline to offer flights from Berlin to Kaliningrad three times a week. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday – and also on Saturdays starting 15th September – airberlin passengers can reach the Russian exclave between Poland and Lithuania on the Baltic. The offer is valid for the entire summer schedule.
For those travelling from Kaliningrad, excellent connections are available through the Berlin hub to cities such as Dusseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt or Munich. European connecting flights depart from these major cities to Vienna, Milan, or Paris. Flights from the airberlin hub to Palma de Mallorca are also available, placing many destinations in Spain within reach.
