Kodak has selected BCD Travel as its global travel management provider. BCD Travel will service Kodak in 30 countries. BCD Travel has provided corporate travel management services to Kodak since 2003, with U.S. reservations processed through a call center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Following Kodak’s decision to award a global contract to BCD Travel, the company will consolidate services for Kodak’s European locations in two multi-channel, multi-lingual call centers in Belgium and Denmark.
Mike Buckman, CEO of BCD Travel, said: “Over the past three years, we have developed an excellent relationship with Kodak, and we are proud to be working now with them across the globe. Our understanding is that they have chosen to continue working with us because we have information, tools and resources to simplify and streamline their travel processes, enabling Kodak and its travelers to focus on their key business.”
