The Hellenic Tourism Organisation (EOT) may soon see a change of face at the helm.
According to reports, the head of Greek state-owned carrier Olympic Airways, Dionysis Kalofonos, may replace Evgenios Yiannakopoulos as EOT general secretary.
Following a reduction in responsibilities held by the current EOT chief, the government and top EOT staff are thought to be considering a number of candidates for the post.
It is expected that, if there is a change, it will occur by Christmas when the development ministry reviews its tourism policies.
