No.1 Traveller welcomes germanwings guests at Birmingham lounge

germanwings passengers can enjoy premium airport facilities with latest partnership.

Building on the success of their existing partnership at Stansted, award-winning airport lounge specialist No.1 Traveller will now welcome germanwings’ BEST business class passengers at its Birmingham Airport facility. Germanwings is the sixth airline to partner with No.1 Traveller within its first year of operation at the UK’s seventh busiest airport.

Germanwings will operate two daily flights from Birmingham to Hamburg and Berlin, six times a week. All germanwings BEST passengers will be able to access the No.1 Birmingham lounge, which celebrates its first birthday on October 31. Guests can chose from a selection of freshly-prepared complimentary food and drink, a fully-tended bar, bistro table service, free Wi-Fi access and a range of newspapers and magazines.

Howard Ebison, Head of Commercial at No.1 Traveller, said: “We are always keen to partner with airlines and support new routes so we’re thrilled to extend our agreement with germanwings to Birmingham Airport. No.1 Birmingham provides a range of premium services to cater to both business and leisure travellers and we hope that the partnership will enhance the preflight experience for germanwings BEST passengers.”
