On The Go Tours launches four new ranges as retail tool

Tour operator announces new collection at product conference in Bali.

On The Go Tours – the award-winning tour operator specialising in locally lead group tours and tailor-made holidays to worldwide destinations – is launching four new product ranges for 2016 which will categorise the brand’s portfolio of 450+ tours. The announcement was unveiled at the On The Go Tours’ annual product conference in Bali to sales, product and marketing team members.

Simplifying the selection process for travel agents selling On The Go Tours to customers, the new product ranges will be separated by ‘style’ of travel across all group and private tours. The four ranges are: On The Go Signature, with a focus on ‘exciting days and comfortable nights’; On The Go Adventure, for ‘adventurous days and rustic nights’; On The Go Select which focuses on cultural experiences, in collaboration with locally selected partners; and private tours which will fall under On The Go Independent.

Designed with travel agents in mind, the range has been developed specifically to support in selling the vast range of tours under each allocated category, making it easier to identify a trip that meets the customers’ needs and requirements.

Carl Cross, managing director at On The Go Tours, said “The product ranges have been designed to provide a clearer outline of what is available with On The Go Tours. With so many tours available across 54 destinations, it is important that we showcase our products in a way that is relatable to our customers. We speak to travellers who love the idea of an off-the-beaten-track adventure but they don’t want to compromise on home comforts at night; if that is the case, our On TheGo Signature will be the go-to range for such a request.

“Often, customers don’t really know where they want to go and are looking for inspiration, as such, our new product ranges will help simplify the selection process by narrowing down the nature of experience first, ahead of choosing a destination.”
