Prestige Holidays adds Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Sicily to its destinations brochure for 2014

The operator has introduced the Aeolian Islands, north of Sicily for 2014 plus an expanded choice of properties in Croatia, Sicily, Cyprus, Morocco, Madeira and the Algarve.

To celebrate 25 years in luxury travel, Prestige Holidays has launched its largest ever “Destinations” brochure for 2014. Over 20 destinations are featured in the programme with Slovenia being showcased for the first time. Five star hotels in Croatia, Montenegro and Sicily, which up to now have only featured in Prestige’s specialist stand alone brochures, are also included.

In addition, the operator has introduced the Aeolian Islands, north of Sicily for 2014 plus an expanded choice of properties in Croatia, Sicily, Cyprus, Morocco, Madeira and the Algarve. The La Manga Club also features for the first time in the this brochure.

Holidays lead in at the Holiday Inn in the Algarve including: return flights from London, the services of Prestige’s local representative and private transfers. This property offers superb value, good leisure facilities, a stunning beach location and is only a short walk from the Old Town.

John Dixon, Chairman and Managing Director, Prestige Holidays, comments: “In response to a demand from both clients and agents, we have included the five star product from our specialist Croatia, Montenegro and Sicily brochures in Destinations.

“Destinations is launching ahead of our specialist brochures so it enables agents to sell these places to clients wanting to book next year’s holiday early. It also offers the chance to target clients that would not necessarily pick up a specialist brochure. We are greatly expanding our specialist brochures for 2014 so, expect plenty of new product when they launch at the end of the summer!”

In Slovenia Prestige is featuring the fairy tale destination of Lake Bled as well as the larger Lake Bohinj, which is perfect for nature lovers. Surrounded by water and accessed by a drawbridge, the luxurious Otocec Castle is perfect for a romantic escape. The property offers just 16 rooms and features excellent cuisine. Canoes can be hired for river trips and the hotel can also arrange fishing.

On Lake Bled the operator is featuring the historic Grand Hotel Toplice – the “Grande Dame” of the Lake, which has its very own thermal spring plus, the ecologically run Bohinj Park Eco in the Triglav National Park in Boninjska Bistrica. The hotel has its own cinema and bowling alley and guests enjoy free entry to the next-door aqua park.

The Aeolian island of Salina makes an entrance for 2014 and here Prestige offers the idyllic Capofaro Malavasia & Resort. Owned by the prestigious wine producers Tasca D’Almerit and set amongst the vineyards, the hotel features just 20 rooms, which are dispersed in the picturesque grounds.
