CIS Site introduces the first recipients of the Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) certification. This distinguished group includes participants of the inaugural Site CIS courses as well as Site’s Certified Incentive Travel Executive (CITE) professionals who also met the criteria to earn the designation. The CIS program, developed by Site, is designed to give incentive travel professionals around the globe a greater understanding of the theory and practice of the creative and effective utilization of motivational travel programs to drive business results.

The Site CIS designation provides a competitive advantage for incentive planners and suppliers, helping them stand out in the global marketplace.
Forty-one professionals participated in the Site CIS courses hosted in December 2012 in Chicago, Illinois, USA, and in Los Cabos, Mexico. The two-day live education programs included interactive learning sessions, workshop activities and an exam leading to the valued CIS designation.
