Online travel agency Teletext Holidays, is leading the way with stress relief at work with the introduction of a weekly wellbeing service, coinciding with Massage at Work Week (3 – 9 June).
Teletext Holidays has collaborated with WorkSpa, a corporate wellbeing company, who visit the office once a week to provide relaxing and re-energising massages to employees. The weekly 20-minute sessions are much-welcomed by all team members to aid the alleviation of stress, while improving productivity in the workplace.
The introduction of the new service follows hot on the heels of a recent landmark survey conducted by Teletext Holidays, which found that four in 10 people cannot switch off for summer and continue to work during their annual leave. Another key finding from the survey displayed that almost half of those polled felt worried about leaving for their holiday in the days leading up to it, with the average person feeling the pressure almost a week before they board.
