As all MITMs, Meetings and Incentive Trade Market organized by GSAR Marketing for the last 13 years, MITM Americas provides exhibitors and buyers with the opportunity to evaluate the events asking both to rate MITM as “poor”, “fair”, “good” or “excellent”, in regards to “MITM Format”, “MITM Organization”, “Business Opportunities in MITM” and “Overall Rating”.
The result of the rating of last MITM Americas in Salvador de Bahia, Brazil, last December, was the following:
EVALUATION MADE BY THE EXHIBITORS:
MITM Format: 45% rated MITM as “excellent”, 40% as “good” and 15% as “fair”.
Trade Fair Organization: 45% “excellent”, 40% “good” and 15% as “fair”.
Business Opportunities in MITM: 40% “excellent”, 45% “good” and 15% as “fair”.
Overall Rating of MITM: 40% “excellent”, 55% “good” and 5% as “fair”.
There were 2,430 one-to-one meetings performed between exhibitors and buyers during MITM. All the exhibitors completed their 20 pre-requested individual appointments with the buyers, except for one exhibitor with 1 no-show, while 21 exhibitors had between 3 and 20 appointments more than the 20 scheduled.

Trade Fair Organization: 52% “excellent”, 43% “good” and 5% as “fair”

Overall Rating of MITM: 47% “excellent”, 41% “good” and 12% as “fair”
MITM are quality oriented MICE travel trade marts, matching the number of buyers with the number of exhibitors.
Next MITM trade mart will be in Cologne, Germany, June 10 to 11 of 2008.
