Canadian travel company promotes Greece on the web

The travel marketing firm HATS<.> (Hellenic Accommodation & Travel Service) of Montreal has just launched a new Greek domain name on the vast world of the Internet<.>. The newly designed web site, www.greektravelcenter.com, provides company information to both travel professionals and consumers, as well as the services it provides. The site is dedicated to Greece only and is one of the few located outside of Greece that offers such exclusivity.
The company says it is preparing its winter 1999-2000 brochure with packages to Crete and Rhodes starting in November 1999 in collaboration with Olympic Airways and the hotels St.George Lycabettus in Athens, Porto Elounda Mare in Crete and Plaza in Rhodes. It also plans to offer golf packages and long stays at the Oasis Hotel & Apartments in Glyfada.
A "Fam" trip for 16 top selling agents for Greece and two journalists from Canada is scheduled for late October of this year.
