Dublin has won the opportunity to host the 13th International Congress and Convention Researchers Meeting from the 5th-7th July in 2007. Organised by the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) on an annual basis, the meeting is a unique training programme which focuses on research and marketing in the meetings industry and will attract an estimated 150 meetings professionals from around the world.

Jean Evans, CEO of the Dublin Convention Bureau said We are delighted to welcome the ICCRM to Dublin next year and are especially proud that we have been chosen by our peers in the meetings industry as the preferred location for this meeting. Dublin’s destination appeal, accessibility and excellent quality hotel accommodation coupled with the enthusiasm of our business tourism suppliers for bringing the ICCRM to Dublin were all critical factors in our success.

Citywest Hotel, Leisure, Conference and Golf Resort has been chosen as the main venue for the event and participants will get a chance to enjoy the famed Irish hospitality with an active social programme including evenings at Johnnie Fox’s and the Guinness Storehouse.
