On 25 April, Air Serbia carried its one-millionth passenger in 2024.

Yesterday 25 April, Air Serbia carried its one-millionth passenger in 2024. This achievement was reached by the Serbian national airline two weeks earlier compared to 2023, when it carried its millionth passenger on 8 May.

“Last year was very successful for us, and the results achieved so far show that 2024 has started well. One million carried passengers in less than four months is an exceptional result that we can be proud of. A million thanks to all the passengers who have placed their trust in us. Their satisfaction is our top priority, and accordingly, we will continue to work diligently and improve our services,” said Jiri Marek, CEO of Air Serbia.

Air Serbia will operate scheduled and charter flights to over 90 destinations across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America during the summer season. In addition to its hub Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, the Serbian national airline also operates flights from Niš Constantine the Great Airport and the Morava International Airport near Kraljevo.

In 2023, the Serbian national airline carried a total of 4.19 million passengers in scheduled and charter traffic, marking the third-best result in its nearly 97-year-long history. With three international airports in Serbia – the main Belgrade airport, as well as Niš and Kraljevo airports, Air Serbia completed over 45,000 flights, which is 44 per cent more compared to 2022.
