Jonathan Wigley, CEO of Absolute Hotel Services Group announces the launch of branded mobile websites and booking engines for all managed hotels under the brands U Hotels & Resorts and Eastin Hotels and Residences.
“This is due to demand for services and change of customer behavior that has evolved with the fast growing technology environment. Hotel guests become increasingly mobile-ready and expect optimized channels/tools to easily book their rooms through their mobile phones as well as find more information or amend their reservation at any time from anywhere” said Mr. Jonathan Wigley, CEO of Absolute Hotel Services Group.
Each branded mobile website will be optimized for faster download that includes its brand essence and essential information. Guests using mobile devices to browse our hotels will be automatically redirected to the hotel mobile website that features hotels’ information, including maps, directions and photos as well as the hotel mobile booking engine to book new reservations if needed.
