Signature, Inc. has been selected by Best Western International to deliver on-site customer service and sales training to every Best Western hotel located in Canada, U.S. and the Caribbean.



BestREV was developed exclusively for Best Western by Signature. BestREV sessions will concentrate on sales and customer service in focused, six-hour sessions. Hotel staff will learn how to drive incremental revenues, increase reservation call conversion and measurably impact operational profitability.



A key aspect of the training will focus on employee-customer interaction and the methods of listening to guests, reacting to their needs and handling challenging situations in a professional manner. This is accomplished through dynamic and interactive training that motivates employees to satisfy both customer and company needs. An ongoing tracking system helps clients measure the results of the training in terms of conversion percentages.
