The project was realized in cooperation with B&L Group. Both companies cooperated with each other for the first time.

MUNICH – limehome, Europe’s technology-based provider and operator of fully digitalized design apartments, is opening 45 new units near Budapest’s International East Railway Station. This marks the Munich-based hospitality company’s debut in the Hungarian market. The spacious apartments are available to guests with immediate effect. In the current year, the hospitality tech startup aims to expand into other new markets.

The project was realized in cooperation with B&L Group. Both companies cooperated with each other for the first time. Matthias J. Maas, Head of Expansion at limehome, says: “Its rich cultural and music scene, the picturesque banks of the Danube and its famous thermal baths make Budapest one of the most attractive cities for tourists in Central Europe. That’s why the city was a high priority in our expansion strategy. Our digital operating concept is high-yield and efficient. Especially in top tourist destinations like Budapest, we therefore see great potential for limehome.”

The property is located a few meters away from Keleti East Railway Station. All 45 apartments are equipped with a kitchen and have a balcony, terrace or roof terrace. The apartment size varies between one and three rooms with an area of up to 70sqm. The interior design of the apartments is characterized by the Japandi style with a focus on natural materials and clear, minimalist forms. Warm, light colors and spacious, light-flooded rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows make guests feel right at home.
