DAVIS, W.VA. – Canaan Valley Resort State Park announces the final stages of a $34 million renovation, opening the doors of a brand new lodging facility. The renovation includes 160 guestrooms, an atrium-style lobby with sleek stone facade, and elegant conference space. Construction has consumed more than two years and includes the complete construction of the new lodge – retro-fitted into the existing lodge; the project will conclude in late October.

The guest rooms are designed for rustic elegance, with plush luxury beds and linens, oversized bathrooms, flat-screen tvs and in-room microfridges for complete convenience.

Perched upon a plateau overlooking the valley and offering sweeping views of the surrounding peaks, Canaan Valley Resort offers guests a variety of accommodations including new guestrooms and suites, cabin/cottage rentals, and paved campsites.
