IAVRA opens its doors to new vacation rental agents

Join the world's top villa, chalet and apartment rental agents already listing their properties on IAVRA.

With the launch of the travel agent free-for-life account, IAVRA has over doubled the number of international travel agency subscribers in just a few weeks. And to meet the increase in activity on the site, the B2B vacation rental platform is looking to expand its portfolio of quality, vetted, professionally managed properties and calling on the best vacation rental specialists from around the globe to signup.

As Partner Sybil Napolitano explains, “We are looking for the cream of the vacation rental crop. Our focus has always been on quality over quantity and in ensuring that IAVRA’s property agents take pride in their portfolios, really know their properties, and can provide the top-level service expected of our discerning agents.”

Partner JC Moquette continues, “The market is flooded with C2C listing sites and aggregated rental property platforms that are more interested in competing for the title of ‘most properties online’, with little concern for providing standard practices and monitoring professionalism and product consistency across the network. IAVRA is unlike any other listing site. Rather than aggregate content from just a few, large property suppliers based remotely, wherever possible we select local property agents with smaller portfolios to ensure that the agents are in direct contact with the owners of every property listed on IAVRA.”

There are currently 170+ property management companies representing properties in 51 countries. The 4,700+ villas, chalets, lodges, cottages and apartments range in price from 260 euros a week to 525,000 euros a week. In terms of regional property distribution, currently Europe, Caribbean, and South and Central America have the largest representation on the site, followed closely by Africa, Asia Pacific and finally North America.

The booming activity on IAVRA in the lead up to the summer season reflects the growing trend for booking vacation rentals over hotels. And with 900+ independent travel companies from 60 countries signed up, IAVRA wants to ensure that all potential enquired destinations and regions are represented. With an expanding portfolio of quality properties, IAVRA will fast become the go-to vacation rental platform for agents looking for vetted, professionally managed properties that guarantee them a minimum 10% commission.
