Park Inn Muscat hotel supports English classes for staff

Staffs are required to take a placement test, after which they can register in the appropriate course level. Each level is made up of two courses, with each course totaling 60 hours of instruction.

MUSCAT – Park Inn by Radisson Muscat aim is to provide high quality of English language training for the hotel staff who wants to improve their English skills. In collaboration with NHI, Park Inn by Radisson Muscat encourages staff to begin to measure the potential impact of such a program on English language learners.

Experienced instructors from NHI provide courses to meet the English language needs of diverse staff who wish to improve their English communication skills:

Staffs are required to take a placement test, after which they can register in the appropriate course level. Each level is made up of two courses, with each course totaling 60 hours of instruction. English courses are conducted five days a week for 2 hours per day in the afternoon. Courses and schedules can also be customized depending on the employee’s schedule. Those staff completed the course received their certification handed over by Faiza Al Balushi, Responsible Business Coordinator, Park Inn by Radisson Muscat.

“English communication skills are now more than ever a qualification that opens doors for individuals of all ages in this region. We are glad that staffs are willing to improve their English language skills to provide better service in terms of communications,” said Mr. Rabih Zein, General Manager Park Inn by Radisson Muscat.
