Radisson SAS Hotels and Resorts, is set to manage a seventh property in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – the Radisson SAS Royal Suite Hotel in Jeddah, featuring 57 luxury suites. The hotel currently under construction will welcome its first guests in June.
The property is situated in the heart of the city, on the main highway to Madinah. The property is just 15 minutes from the bustling King Abdul Aziz International Airport, and a short walk from the city’s main shopping area, Al Tahliya. Those with a passion for the city’s history are only five minutes away from the old town of Jeddah.
Jean-Marc Busato, vice president Middle East, Rezidor SAS Hospitality, said: “Jeddah is considered an important and influential regional economic center attracting a wide range of travellers on business and pilgrimage. The suites provide privacy and independence with all the benefits of a hotel stay – comfort, luxury and first class service.”

We are set to open a fourth Radisson SAS property in Madinah, the Al Madinah Paradise Radisson SAS Resort, and we recently announced the debut of our mid-market Park Inn brand in Riyadh and Al Khobar,” added Busato.
Rezidor SAS will manage and operate the Radisson SAS Royal Suite Hotel on behalf of the owner, Saudi Amjad Holding Company chaired by Sheikh Dr. Abdul Wahed Al Obaid, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest real estate investment and development companies.
