Urban flair in Cologne – NOVUM Hospitality and HP&P Group agree new niu hotel

David Etmenan, owner and chief executive of NOVUM Hospitality

The new botel will be designed by Mulderblau Architects.

NOVUM Hospitality and the HP&P Group of Giessen have signed a deal to develop a niu hotel in Cologne. Located on Lina Bommer Weg, the hotel will be just ten minutes from the city centre and Cologne Bonn Airport. With around 120 rooms, this new hotel from the innovative millennial brand of niu will open its doors at the end of 2019.

"In the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Cologne is the top choice for overnight stays," says David Etmenan, owner and chief executive of NOVUM Hospitality. "Demand from international guests is constantly rising. So for our unique hotel concept of niu we see huge potential."

Cologne therefore holds out the promise of high occupancy rates. And the innovative nature of the niu hotel concept is especially well suited to this forward-looking city on the Rhine. For each niu hotel is unique and tells an unusual story inspired by its location. The new botel will be designed by Mulderblau Architects. Alongside impressive interiors, niu hotels offer globetrotters and locals alike the latest technology, popular events and a carefully selected F&B concept, all complemented by high service standards for the mid-market sector.
